As an assistant store manager, you will be tasked with driving sales and service through your team. Their service standards are likened to some of the biggest luxury retailers which is what cements them as an industry leader.

Ideally, you will be someone who has a retail management background with a strong emphasis on leading by example and delivering excellent customer service. The working environment is fast-paced so this role will suit someone who enjoys that environment.

The role is paying up to £31,000 with a 12% performance-related bonus. There is a benefits package included. As mentioned, the retailer is a people-centric company so there are plenty of opportunities to develop and grow.
