Assistant Store Manager

A men's formalwear retailer who is known for their high-quality products and customer service is looking for an assistant store manager for their site in Belfast. The retailer continues to make strides in the industry by opening new stores and collaborating with various brands ranging from fashion and sporting teams.

As a deputy store manager, you will support the store manager in leading a team to exceed sales targets, drive KPIs, and ensure an excellent customer journey. Training and development are an integral part of the role. You will also manage the store in the store manager's absence.

Coming from a customer-focused background within the retail industry you will have excellent coaching and leadership skills.

The role is paying up to £28,000 for the right candidate. There is a generous bonus and benefits scheme that includes uniform allowance, development opportunities and regular socials.
