Assistant Store Manager

We are recruiting for a store manager for a well established retailer, specialising in ageless styles for women, men and kids, for their store based in Bury St Edmunds. The company is known for responsibly sourcing their products and great design. They like to do the right thing and this includes giving back to charity.

The role of assistant store manager will be responsible for driving sales; by leading the team and supporting them to achieve KPIs targets and supporting the store manager. It is about the customer journey for this company and you will create a positive retail atmosphere in the shop, which is focused on delivering results.

Ideally, you will have previous experience in retail management with a drive for sales. You’ll be passionate about retail and fashion with determination to succeed. You will be a strong people manager, inspiring and supporting others with your passion and expertise. Fashion experience would be a benefit.

The role offers a salary of £28,000 plus a quarterly bonus and many benefits including healthcare, life assurance, generous holiday allowance, 50% staff discount, uniform, company pension contribution.
