Assistant Store Director

This luxury accessories retailer is looking for an assistant store director for their store in York. The company has a large brand portfolio with many stores open across the UK.

As a deputy to the store director, you will be responsible for developing the sales team to increase store performance. Due to the high price point of the product, the assistant store director needs to be able to influence the team to drive sales.

Coming from a retail background, you will be a manager who is confident in their ability to train and develop a team. As the retailer is opening new stores, there are opportunities to progress into new roles.

The role is paying a salary of £31,000. This is partnered with a generous bonus and benefits package. There is an internal training program to aid your development and progression.
