Join Our Team as an Assistant Manager at Monroe Market!
Location: Spokane International Airport
Pay: $21 / hour
Shifts: Varied shifts, including early mornings (starting at 3am) and late nights (until 12am)
What You’ll Do:
Oversee store operations: Lead, mentor, and supervise team members.
Ensure high standards: Maintain inventory, merchandising, and cleanliness.
Financials: Manage daily sales, scheduling, and payroll.
Team Development: Train and onboard staff to deliver top-tier service.
Requirements:
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or relevant coursework preferred.
Experience: 2+ years in retail management.
Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems, strong organizational abilities.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication skills, conflict resolution, and ability to work with diverse teams and executives.
