Assistant Merchandiser

Our client is a leading multiple retailer in the UK and is searching for an assistant merchandiser to support the trade team to optimise sales for both instore and online. It’s an exciting time to be joining as they have implemented new systems, in a growing team new team.
The role would fully support the merchandisers in this fast paced environment. Our client is looking for excellent communication skills and influencing skills and the ability to take accountability and deputise in the merchandisers absence. Our client is looking for someone to who can embrace change and help drive the business forward.
You will have commercial aptitude and systems knowledge and coaching skills to develop others i.e. the MAA. You will have a proactive approach to work and the initiative to resolve issues that may arise and meet deadlines. It is essential that you have strong team working skills and the ability to perform under pressure and work in a fast paced environment.
