A leading comsetics retailer are looking for an assistant manager in Manchester airport. This company has stamped their mark within the cosmetics world and is host to several popular and exclusive products.
They are looking for a candidate with great people and coaching skills who can motivate their team and drive sales within the business whilst effectively managing stock and still providing a memorable customer experience.
The ideal candidate will be commercially focused and display the ability to be a lead a team of 15 – 20 people with experience selling a variety of different product types in a fast-paced retail environment.
The role is paying up £34,000 inclusive of bonuses.
