Assistant Manager

An exciting opportunity has come up for a store manager, to join a well renowned luxury brand in their Cambridge location. You will be the brands ambassador providing leadership to your team, and setting the example for customer service. The client will look at assistant store managers that are ready for their first store manager position.

The role:
• Driving the retail team to hit KPIs
• Develop and train a team to meet the core brand values
• Ensure there are high visual standards, and good house keeping at all times
• Work closely with the assistant manager for their personal growth

The candidate:
• Previous experience in retail management
• Able to drive a retail team
• Commercial and driven to reach KPIs
• Strong communication skills
• A passion for fragrance and beauty would be desirable

The basic salary is up to £31,000, plus quarterly bonus potential, 25 days holiday and a generous product allocation to name a few benefits.
