A luxury accessories retailer are looking for an assistant manager in Manchester. This company has stamped their mark within the luxury/premium retail world and is host to several popular and exclusive products.
They are looking for a candidate with great people and coaching skills who can motivate their team and drive sales within the business whilst effectively overseeeing stock availability to have an impact on commerciality and still providing a memorable customer experience.
The ideal candidate will be commercially minded and display the ability to be a lead a team of 15 – 20 people with experience selling a variety of different product types in a fast-paced retail environment.
The role is paying up to £32,000.
