Asset Protection Specialist

The Role:
As an Asset Protection Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety of our Cast Members (what we call our staff), Guests, and store environment. Your primary focus will be on security—maintaining a hands-on presence on the shop floor, monitoring entrances, and protecting our magical retail space. Additionally, you will be involved in loss prevention, best practices for cash handling, and auditing, all while maintaining a welcoming and engaging Guest experience.

The role reports to the Senior Asset Protection Specialist and will support exciting in-store events, including exclusive product launches and immersive Disney experiences for our Guests.

The Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for someone with a retail background and experience in security and loss prevention. You will understand retail security and asset protection processes. You will be adaptable, with clear communication skills, focused on a great guest experience whilst be mindful of security. You will have experience in training others, audits, cash handling procedures, and H&S.
