Area Manager

As the area manager, your primary role will be to lead your team by example, providing coaching and development to ensure an exceptional customer experience and drive towards achieving remarkable sales results. You'll closely monitor store KPIs, pinpoint growth opportunities, and maintain brand standards to ensure excellence in service delivery.

We are seeking an experienced area manager or an ambitious cluster manager with a proven track record of guiding teams to success. The position offers a competitive salary of up to £40,000, along with a company car and the potential for up to a 10% bonus.
