Area concession manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Area Concession Manager to oversee approximately 18 concessions, in and around the Birmingham area. This exciting role is perfect for someone with a passion for fashion retail, exceptional leadership skills, and a hands-on approach to driving operational success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the performance of 18 fashion retail concessions within your catchment area.
- Ensure each concession meets operational, visual, and commercial standards.
- Drive sales and performance, actively improving KPIs.
Work closely with store teams to create a positive and motivating environment.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve store operations and customer service.
- Monitor stock levels and make recommendations for restocking or new collections.

Requirements:
- Must be based in central Birmingham or surrounding areas.
- A valid UK driver’s license is essential as the role requires travel between locations (company car provided).
- Pervious experience in fashion retail, especially within clothing, is essential.
- Must be available to work Tuesday to Friday, with weekend work required during peak periods (especially Christmas).
