P&C Accounts Payable Assistant

We are looking for an Accounts Payable Assistant to join a growing finance team with a premium fashion business. This heritage-rich British company is renowned for its timeless and distinctive style. The brand has built a reputation for high-quality and classic apparel.

In this role, you will manage high volumes of invoices and supplier correspondence, ensuring accurate and timely processing to prevent service disruptions. You will act as the main point of contact for a designated group of suppliers, work closely with shipping and product departments to process stock invoices (GRNs), and support other finance functions.

The ideal candidate will have experience in purchase ledger/accounts payable, strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize workloads effectively. Experience with Excel (V Lookups, Pivot Tables) is advantageous, and familiarity with multicurrency environments would be helpful.

In additional to a completive salary of up to £30,000 and a performance based bonus this roles offers great work life balance. In addition to flexible working hours with core hours from 10am to 4:30pm,the role is a mix of office-based and remote work.
