Ted Baker has appointed Jon Kempster as an independent non-executive director.
Kempster has previously sat on the board at companies such as Delta, Fii Group, Linden, Low & Bonar, Sports Direct, Utilitywise and Wincanton. He has been a non-executive director at Redcentric and is also a trustee of the Delta pension scheme.
At Ted Baker, he will be chair of the audit and risk committee and will also join remuneration committee.
Among other changes, Helena Feltham will assume the role of senior independent director.
Ted Baker has also announced that Ron Stewart has stepped down after nine-years as a non-executive director of the group.
