Mulberry has appointed Charles Anderson as its new group finance director.

Anderson will begin his role in early October, and will succeed Neil Ritchie who stepped down from the position on June 30th.

Anderson has over 20 years’ experience as a finance professional, including 17 years at Ted Baker, where his most recent role was finance director of the groups subsidiaries.

Before Ted Baker, Anderson held several finance positions at House of Fraser, NatWest and Carpetright.

Thierry Andretta, Mulberry’s chief executive, said, “We are delighted to welcome Charles to the Mulberry team. His experience of developing and overseeing a global finance function during a period of international expansion will be relevant as we grow Mulberry worldwide.”
