Loaf has introduced a new 'Shack' concept store in Chiswick, West London, as part of its expansion strategy.
The compact store covers 3,770 square feet and is located at the junction of Turnham Green and Chiswick High Road.
Loaf has secured a 10-year lease for this location, with the rental price exceeding the listed £150,000 per year.
GCW acted on behalf of the landlord, while Loaf received advice from Curson Sowerby. Both firms will continue to support Loaf’s expansion plans.
Previously, it was revealed that Loaf aimed to open ‘Shacks’ in various UK cities. Existing stores are in Battersea, Notting Hill, Spitalfields, Guildford, Solihull, Wilmslow, Bristol, St Albans, and Edinburgh.
