Laura Ashley has announced that Seán Anglim has resigned as an executive director of the business.
He has also stepped down from his roles as finance director and joint chief operating officer.
His resignation will take effect in the New Year.
In a statement, the company said: “The board would like to take this opportunity to thank Mr Anglim for his contribution during his tenure with the company and to wish him the very best for the future.”
The company has recently appointed Sagar Mavani as chief financial officer. He was previously the group financial controller for the business.
