Payment provider Klarna is set to open an experiential retail space in Manchester, following a successful event in London.

The pop-up will be open between the 4th and 13th of October, and will bring together a host of brand partners, including high street and online retailers.  It will also show consumers how to use its ‘Pay later’ service at checkout.

The business said that 50,000 new customers are choosing the ‘Pay later’ option at retailer checkouts every week.

The three-storey House of Klarna store will launch with a VIP party on October 3rd.  Visitors will see fashion, beauty and lifestyle products from Asos, Oliver Bonas, Topshop, Topman, Hosue of Holland, Missguided, Beauty Bay, My Protein and Schuh.

The store will offer more of an immersive experience by using live DJ sets and the Klarna Kafe, offering free sodas and coffee.
