Homebase has appointed Ian Penney as director of Bathstore.
This comes after Homebase acquired Bathstore after it entered administration this summer.
Penney will report to Homebase chief executive Damian McGloughlin, and will oversee all aspects of Bathstore.
Penney was previously the group category director fro kitchens at Kingfisher, and was also that category director of kitchens, bathrooms and tiling at B&Q.
McGloughlin said: “Ian’s leadership qualities and experience delivering a customer-first approach will be instrumental to the business as we look to strengthen our showroom offer to customers.”
