Hard Rock appoints David Pellow as senior VP of company café operations

Hard Rock has appointed David Pellow to the position of senior vice president of company café operations.

Pellow has worked in the business for nearly 20 years, and was previously vice president of café operations for Europe, where he managed the operations for Hard Rock Café locations in 13 countries.

Now he will manage the café operations team and more than 60 company owned locations throughout the US and Europe.  He will also oversee the brands area vice presidents, facilities team, retail operations and sales and marketing team.

Pellow will report into Stephen Judge, Hard Rock Internationals president of café operations.

Judge said, “David Pellow has been a vital part of the Hard Rock team for many years and is the ideal executive to be at the forefront of the Cafe business. We look forward to seeing him prosper in his new role and continue to make tremendous contributions to the organisation.”
