H&M has launched an online shop in Indonesia as part of its international expansion plans.

This will mean that Indonesian customers now have an omnichannel shopping experience following H&M’s entry into the country in 2013.  There is currently 35 H&M stores operating in Indonesia.

The online store will sell fashion items for all seasons for men, women and children.  It will also give customers the option of having their orders delivered to their home or an alternative address.  There will also be an option to collect their orders from a H&M store.

This is the 49th market in which H&M offers online shopping.
