Freedom Recruitment has been acquired by Capex Human Capital Ltd.
In a press release, Neil Ashton, the chairman of Freedom, said 'We are delighted to announce that Freedom Recruitment Ltd has been acquired by Capex Human Capital Ltd. Whilst that aspect of the business will continue to focus on the fashion industry, we now have an opportunity to diversify across the broader retail and consumer markets.
'With further investment injected from the Capex Human Capital brand, it our intention to grow our presence across multiple industries, in multiple countries accomplishing a broader vision alongside the Capex Human Capital brand.

The acquisition will take effect on Friday 23rd August 2019.
