You may well know us as the home of flame-grilled, PERi-PERi goodness, but the truth is we're a people-first, chicken-second kind of place. It's our people, after all, who bring the life and soul to our restaurants and Central Support offices. Creating unexpected and highly enjoyable experiences that are just as unique as the people who make them.

We've been spreading the flame-grilled goodness up and down the UK since 1992, and with over 400 restaurants here, there and everywhere you might think we're about to slow down. In fact, we're doing the opposite. We have plans to open 25 restaurants each year for the next five years, and that means we're looking for passionate, success-hungry people to join our family.

At Nando's we're all individuals, bringing our own personality to the table every single day. But we also have a lot in common. Things like the pride we share in what we do, the passion we have for doing it, the courage we show in continually spicing things up and the kind of integrity that means we always do the right thing.
