This leading casual dining chain is looking for a head chef to lead and manage a team based at their site in Watford. You will be provided with the tools and support necessary to succeed and grow. The restaurant chain have cemented themselves as an industry leader and are looking to grow and expand.
You will be working closely with the general manager to ensure the restaurant and kitchen operations are running smoothly. You will also be responsible for the development of your team as well .
The role is paying up to £45,000. There is also a quarterly bonus and a benefits package included.
